By accessing or using Billint, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts & responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account (including actions by invited users).
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@billint.com immediately.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Billint for illegal or harmful activities, or to interfere with the service. This includes:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or probing vulnerabilities
- Abusing rate limits, scraping, or disrupting platform performance
- Using the service to spam, harass, or distribute unlawful content
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse or a violation of these terms.
4. Subscriptions, billing & changes
- Paid plans are billed per cycle (monthly/annual) based on the plan selected on the Pricing page.
- Plan features, limits, and pricing may change over time. We may update the service to improve performance, security, or compliance.
- You can cancel subscription renewal from your account settings (if available) or by contacting support.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Your data & privacy
You retain rights to your business data you input into Billint. We process data to provide the service, maintain security, and improve features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload is lawful and that you have the rights/consents required to use it (e.g., customer contact details).
6. Availability & support
We aim to keep Billint available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Billint is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billint and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the previous billing cycle.
8. Termination
You may stop using Billint at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of Billint after changes means you accept the updated terms.
